when you wake up:
Set the tone for your day in the morning by setting intentions:

  • list three ways you’re going to challenge yourself today

  • list your goals for today

before you go to sleep:

step back and think about how today went. Take those observations into tomorrow.

  • three things you’re proud you did today

  • list two things you could’ve done differently?
