MATCHA WITH COLLAGEN

This delicious morning or afternoon pick me up is a go to for me when my joints are bothering me or if I just want something delicious but not a full meal. I have been putting collagen powder in my morning smoothies for ages because I find it really helps with my wrist joint problems. I have issues with my wrist from working on my laptop so much and designing for work with a trackpad on a laptop during covid hasn’t helped my wrist issues at all.

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop within us matcha miso

1 cup skim milk

1-3 drops of stevia or your favourite sweetener


DIRECTIONS

Place 1 scoop of within us matcha misto in a mug, froth one cup of milk (I use my Nespresso milk frother) but you could heat it up in a pot and use an aerolatte as well.

Once the milk has frothed, add it to the powder, add your sweetener and mix them together well and enjoy.
