I waited a long time to try macarons from Laduree. I was worried that the macarons would never live up to my high expectations. Luckily, they did. I loved every flavour (see below for my review of each one I tried). The macarons were soft, chewy and the flavours were perfection!

ROSE PETAL

This was the most unique flavour. It was sweet and floral at the same time. I wasn't expecting to like this flavour but it turned out to be one of my favourites.

COCONUT

If you're a coconut lover this one is for you. The flavour was very similar to vanilla but with a hint of coconut.

PISTACHIO

If you're a fan of pistachio gelato, then you will like this macaron. The flavour is very similar. The flavour was apparent but not overwhelming.

SALTED CARAMEL

The salted caramel was delicious. The caramel flavour was bang on. This was Nick's favourite and mine.

STRAWBERRY

This was by far the strongest and sweetest flavour. It tasted like strawberry candy. I don't usually like strawberry flavoured treats but I really enjoyed this one.
