PACIFICO PIZZERIA

Located downtown, next to Scotiabank Cinemas, Pacifico is one of Nick and my favourite downtown date night spots. We'll share a pizza and a salad before heading to the movies. Every time my Dad is in town we make a point of grabbing dinner here because it's his favourite spot in town. The following items are our personal favourites

PRIMI

Bruschetta

Roma tomatoes, fresh herbs + shaved parmesan served on crusting, drizzled with olive oil

This is some of the best bruschetta I've had in Vancouver.

PIZZA

Caprese

sliced tomatoes, bocconcini, red onions, capers and mozzarella cheese with a  touch of fresh pesto and basil on a garlic brushed crust

This pizza is delicious. It's super cheesy with some capers added in for extra flavour. This is one of my favourite pizza's.

Fourmaggio

mozzarella, smoked gouda, asiago and quark cheese on a garlic brushed crust.

This pizza is my absolute favourite. We order it every time. I could honestly eat it everyday.
