Nick and I absolutely love these chocolate chip cookies and they are so easy to make, it’s crazy.

This was the first cake I had ever made and it was SO easy and one of the best cakes I’ve ever eaten. It took about an hour to make, isn’t that crazy? Once you have almond flour in the house, you’re almost guaranteed to have all the ingredients on hand already.
DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING

We paired this frosting with the chocolate cake listed above and it was incredible. Again, it was so insanely easy to make, we had all the ingredients on hand (electric hand mixer, necessary) and it was amazing. For a one layer cake, you probably only need to make half the amount of frosting.
