STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA PUDDING

CHIA PUDDING INGREDIENTS

1 cup silk coconut milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

 

strawberry INGREDIENTS

1 cup silk coconut milk

1 heaping tbsp vanilla greek yoghurt

1 heaping tbsp plain greek yoghurt

1 cup frozen strawberries

3 raspberries

 

CHIA PUDDING DIRECTIONS

Before you go to bed mix the coconut milk, chia seeds and honey in a jar or glass and place in the fridge over night. When you wake up the chia seed pudding should be ready to eat. 

 

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE DIRECTIONS

Blend coconut milk, vanilla greek yoghurt, plain greek yoghurt and strawberries in a blender until all of the ingredients are well combined.

 

DIRECTIONS

Place the chia seed pudding in the bottom of a medium sized jar and poor the strawberry smoothie overtop. I like to make my smoothie thick so I can eat it with a spoon. The best way to get a thick smoothie is to use less milk and more frozen berries. Top the mixture with a few raspberries and...
