INGREDIENTS

 

Blend:

1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 sambazon acai package

zola acai juice  (add little by little to keep the mixture as thick as possible, the less you use the better)

 

Toppings:

1/3 cup Granola

2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

drizzle honey on top

1 strawberry, sliced

small handful of blackberries

small handful of raspberries

small handful of blueberries (I used fresh blueberries that I had frozen)

sprinkle of bee pollen (I buy mine at whole foods)

 

Most Acai Bowls are served with fresh sliced banana on top. I've never liked banana so I always skip the banana but by all means go for it!
